OUTBOUND Registered items should contain documents ONLY

It is announced that by Decision of the Universal Postal Union (UPU), the sending of goods by registered mail will be terminated as of January 1, 2026. The Registered Mail Service, as we know it to date, will continue ONLY for the sending of documents. The last date for sending goods by registered mail from Post Offices is December 19, 2025. The sending of goods can be done with the Recorded Delivery service which provides tracking event of the delivery (not signature by addressee), without compensation in case of loss or damage.

You can still send merchandise in Registered items domestically (in Cyprus).
