The new Cyprus Post official app is completely free and it allows the user to:
- Track a bar-coded item
- Use “PROmitheas Proactive Track & Trace” feature
- Search for a postal code of a street, a P.O. Box or a Government Ministry/Department
- Calculate postal rates for all services and see the different options
- Access the Parcel24, parcel locker sign up page
- Access the Cyprus Post e-Shop for purchases of philatelic and other products
- Locate the Post Offices, get information on their working hours and navigate to the required Post Office
- Fill in and send various forms
- Contact the toll-free Call Center
