As of 1st September 2025, the Headquarters’ structure of Cyprus Post has changed to enhance their optimum operation as well as reflect today’s needs.


Administration and Inspection Service

The Administration and Inspection Service is responsible for the placement, transfer, evaluation and training of the Cyprus Post employees. In addition, it hasthe responsibility to perform inspections of the Post Offices in order to ensure the continuous improvement of the services offered as well as the effective personnel management in line with the goals set.

Lastly, it is responsible for the implementation of the legislation concerning health and safety at the workplace.


Infrastructure & Supplies Service (ex. Financial Services)

The Infrastructure & Supplies Service covers a wide spectrum of activities such as:


Statistics, Costing and Strategic Studies Branch

This branch is responsible for the costing of all products and services offered, according to the Activity Based Costing method, as outlined in the Decrees/Rulings of the Office of the Commissioner for Electronic Communications and Postal Services Regulation (OCECPR). In addition, it is responsible for the collection and analysis of statistical data as well as the conduct of studies of strategic nature.


Postal & Commercial Operations-KEPO Service

The Postal & Commercial Operations-KEPO Service is responsible for the organization and overview of the services offered to the public as well as the design and implementation of actions for their continuous improvement and upgrading in order to meet the present and future expectations of the customers.  

The introduction of new services is also among its responsibilities as well as the relations with various international organizations.


The Stamps and Philatelic Section is now under the Postal & Commercial Operations-KEPO Service.

The programming, the management, the preparation of the stamp issue program, the design of the postage stamps as well as the preparation of philatelic items are the main responsibilities of the Section. The promotion of philately in society is among the priorities of the Stamps and Philatelic Section.

Through its stamp issues and the other philatelic products, it promotes effectively the history, the culture and the natural beauty of Cyprus both domestically and abroad.


The Sorting Center (KEDA), at Latsia is responsible for the sorting and forwarding of postal and other items island-wide.

The Exchange Office located in the old Larnaka Airport area is the entry and exit point of all mail dispatches and cargo dispatches coming and leaving Cyprus respectively.
