Cyprus Post has upgraded and expanded the Parcel24 Service, with the installation of new systems and by introducing a completely new operating software.

You can subscribe to the new service via the website. With the new system you will have full access to and control over your account as well as the choice of system/systems.

Using “Thalis Upload & Payment Platform (ThalisUpp)”, the addressee of a postal item is given the ability to upload the requested documents which are required so that the customs process of the item can be concluded, if possible, before its arrival in Cyprus.
