Bill Payments

At Post Offices, as indicated below, you can pay your electricity bills:

Payments at all Post Offices nationwide
When the payments are made after the deadline, the customer is requested to send the payment receipt to callcenter@eac.com.cy

The following applies to all bills:

There is no additional charge to the customer.
The customer must present the bill in printed or digital form, in which the barcode is clearly visible and can be scanned by the scanners at Post Offices
Payments are accepted by cash or credit/debit card. Cheques are not accepted
Payment is made for the entire amount indicated on the bill. Partial payment of a bill is not permitted.
A telephone number must be entered for the respective organization's communication purposes.
