You can access our new ePost Web Portal, through which you have access to many of our core services.

Access is available as:

1. Individual user, without login. With this option, there are restrictions on the services you can use. However, you can still create a Shipment Label (without additional features).
2. Access with CyLogin: If you are already registered on the Government Portal CyLogin (with or without verification), use your credentials. If not, you can register and continue to use the ePost Web Portal.

As a registered user, you can:

1. Create a Shipment Label, with additional features such as Catalogs (see below).
2. Rent a P.O. Box. Soon, you will be able to manage the box (renewal, termination, etc.).
3. Request Mail Redirection (requires a verified CyLogin account), in case you have changed address.
4. Apply to purchase a Franking Machine.

From the Menu on the right side, additional options:

1. Item Dispatch Catalog: A list of all items for which you created a Shipment Label, from where you can manage them (e.g., print a label, pay postage, see which recipient it was sent to, etc.).
2. Bulk Dispatches: For customers sending a large number of items and who have obtained a Postage Paid Licence (see License Application), you can prepare the dispatch and then deposit the items at the submission point.
3. Sales to Agents: If you have applied and been approved, you can buy stamps at a 3% discount and resell them.
4. Transactions: You can view all your transactions.
5. Credit Account: You can create your philatelic account by transferring credit via card, so you can submit and manage a standing philatelic order.
6. Catalog Management: Register multiple Senders, Recipients you frequently send to, as well as Contents with the details required for creating a Shipment Label, to speed up the creation of each new one.
7. License Applications: You can apply for the following licenses:

1. Postal Agent: to buy stamps at a discount and resell them
2. Professional writers/publishers/booksellers: to use special postage rates
3. Domestic Philatelic Agent: to sell philatelic items on commission
4. EMS: to send EMS items and claim discounts
5. International Philatelic Agent: to sell philatelic items on commission
6. Purchase of a Franking Machine: a licence is required in order to use such a machine
7. Licence for Postage Paid: for large quantities of mail items so that not to affix stamps (terms and conditions are listed in the official price list)
8. Monthly customer: to pay for postages at the end of next month (requires the licence for Postage Paid).
