Delays in the arrival of postal items

Cyprus Post would like to inform you that long delays are observed in the arrival in Cyprus of postal items from the United Kingdom and other countries like France, Belgium, the Netherlands. 

We expect a large volume of items from Royal Mail of the United Kingdom to arrive in the next few days. The handling of these items will begin right after their arrival in Cyprus. 

We take this opportunity to inform the public that yesterday, a large volume of delayed items from Germany, especially parcels, arrived in Cyprus in containers. We have already started their processing. 

We urge the public to use the Track & Trace on our website for barcoded items. Please note that the official information can be received only through our Track & Trace system. 

We express our regret for the above which however are beyond the control of Cyprus Post.
