UPDATE (19/12/2019)-Delays in the arrival of postal items from Germany

We would like to inform you that in addition to the delays observed with the arrival of postal items from Germany, there are delays from other countries as well, mainly from the United Kingdom. Furthermore, postal items arriving in Cyprus via Athens are also delayed due to a backlog. 

We ask for your understanding and we assure you that we will do everything possible to process the items as soon as they arrive.

Update:

Based on latest information, the dispatch of postal items from Deutsche Post, with alternative means will continue this week. A large volume is expected next Friday, 20th December 2019.

We would like to inform our customers that according to official information received by Deutsche Post, they will forward to Cyprus large volumes of postal items with alternative means, due to lack of capacity on the flights. Kindly note that the items in question have been posted on several previous dates. 

They are expected to arrive in Cyprus on Friday, 13th December 2019. Upon their arrival, we will make every possible effort to handle them in a timely manner. However, delays are expected and we therefore ask for your patience and understanding.
