Postal items from Germany

Cyprus Post would like to infrom their customers that according to the latest update received by Deutsche Post, there will be delays in the arrival of parcels and other postal items from Germany to Cyprus.

This is caused by strikes at a number of German aiports as well as limited flight availability. A large volume of items is expected around the 23rd January 2019. After the arrival of the items, Cyprus Post will do their utmost to process them the earliest possible. 

In order to avoind any inconvenience or frustration, we advise you to check the track & trace system on our website. If the item you are looking for has arrived in Cyprus, it will appear on the track & trace. If it does not appear, it is probably in the ones expected.
