Information about inbound mail

The Cyprus Post would like to inform the public that delays are still observed in the arrival of postal items from Germany and other countries that their mail is dispatched mainly via Poland to Cyprus, probably due to the unavailability of space on air carriers from Germany and other countries to Cyprus

In addition to the delay of German postal items, the arrival of postal items from the following countries is expected to be affected: Belgium, Czech, The Netherlands, Portugal, Hong Kong, Korea, China, the United States and Singapore.

The Cyprus Post has requested the Postal Operators of the above countries to investigate these delays and to take every action necessary so that mail is forwarded to Cyprus the earliest.

We assure our customers that every effort will be made to deliver the overdue items to the recipients immediately after their arrival in Cyprus.
