KE.PO. Services during the emergency period
Emergency measures to limit the spread of COVID-19 in Citizens Service Centers (KEP) and Citizens Centers (KEPO)
Citizens will only be served for the following Services:
- Application for Identity Cards.
- Application for a passport ONLY if travel tickets are provided.
- Issue of birth certificate for newborn.
- Collection of issued documents (IDs, passports, driving licenses, refugee IDs).
- Applications for the following should be placed in the special boxes placed at the entrance of each KEP / KEPO:
- Submitting applications related to Social Security Services (eg for pensions, allowances, benefits etc.).
- Applications for the Minimum Guaranteed Income (EEE).
- Presentation of supporting documents for the EEE and for the child allowance.
- Citizens are urged NOT to come to the KEP / KEPO:
- For renewal of health care cards, as they will be accepted for a period of one month, even if they have expired.
- To apply for student allowance. It is noted that the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth was granted a one-month extension until April 30, 2020.
