- As of 1st January 2023, the use of the Shipping Tool/eCustoms for the creation of an item label as well as a customs declaration (where applicable), is mandatory based on the service/destination/contents as described in the table below:

- Documents: personal correspondence, contracts and other printed items with no commercial value.
- After this date, items for which the use of the Shipping Tool/eCustoms application is mandatory, will not be accepted if they have a label not created through the Shipping Tool/eCustoms application.
