We would like to infrom you that from Friday, 5th October in the afternoon until Monday, 8th October, new servers will be installed. Therefore, track and trace will not be possible by any method (excluding QuickPost and PostExpress items).
When the above works will be completed, the track and trace functionality on the website is expected to be fully restored.

We would like to inform you that the problem in the IPS system affected:
The problem with the website remains and it will be resolved with the replacement of the technical infrastructure which has already been ordered.
In the meantime, we are planning other intermediate solutions until the implementation of the final solution.
