Technical problem in SMS notifications

We would like to inform you that due to a technical problem today, 20/1/2021, a small number of SMS reminder notifications for the collection of postal items was sent to recipients, concerning old items. As soon as the problem was discovered, an SMS was immediately sent to the said customers, informing them to ignore the initial SMS. Unfortunately, some customers had already visited their local post office to collect the items. We would like to express our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
