Press Coference with Limassol District Local Government Organisation

The Limassol District Local Government Organization (EOA) held a press conference today, November 13, 2025, at its offices in Lemesos, in collaboration with Cyprus Post, to present new methods for paying sewerage and water bills.

In their speeches, the President and General Director of EOA Limassol, Mr. Yiannis Tsoulolftas and Mr. Socrates Metaxas respectively, spoke extensively about the collaboration with Cyprus Post for bill payments through Post Offices as a testament to the excellent cooperation between public organizations in serving citizens.

As stated by the President of EOA, Mr. Yiannis Tsoulolftas, this collaboration marks another important step toward modernizing the services provided, enhancing interoperability between public bodies, and offering citizens more options, easier access, and less hassle in their daily lives.

The Deputy Director of Cyprus Post, Mr. Pavlos Pavlides, emphasized that the mission of both organizations is to serve the public, and every effort will be made to ensure that citizens receive the quality of service they deserve. The ability to pay bills at Post Offices—currently in the Limassol district and, by the end of the year, at all Post Offices across Cyprus—using either cards or cash, enables segments of the population who are not familiar with or do not have access to digital technology to be served effectively and without additional cost.

Under the slogan “We pay more easily – We are served better!”, EOA Limassol and Cyprus Post are moving forward together in a partnership that significantly improves citizens’ daily lives by enhancing the efficiency and reliability of services.
