Resumption of postal dispatches to the U.S.A.

We inform the public of the following:

The resumption of postal dispatches to the U.S.A. will take place on Monday, 27 April 2026. Items destined for the U.S.A. may be submitted at Post Offices from that date.

Shipments to the U.S.A. will now be carried out in a different manner, which will also be permanent:

The ZONOS Prepaid App will NO longer be used.

Starting tomorrow, Saturday, 25 April 2026, you will be able to prepare the Dispatch Note through the online epost application, as well as the customs declaration as usual, and the system will calculate the duties and other related charges for sending the item to the U.S.A.

Payment will be made either through the online epost application or at the time the item is submitted at the Post Offices, depending on the payment method agreed with Cyprus Post.

The sender bears full responsibility in the event that the final charges differ due to an incorrect customs declaration (e.g., description of contents, declared value, etc.).
