Registered mail with personal delivery

Cyprus Post informs the public that Registered mail with the indication

 “ Personal Delivery” could be received by the beneficiary or any authorized person that presents an official identification document , such as , identity card, passport, driver's license, etc. In this case a photocopy in good condition of a valid document od the beneficiary should be presented as well.    

Authorized form could be found at https://www.cypruspost.post/uploads/docs/7cf2a168d2.pdf. However,  a  similar hand writing letter in the same template is accepted.
