Signing of contract for an infastructure & operations control system
On September 17, 2025, a Contract was signed with Cosine Consultants Limited, following an open tender, for the development of an Infrastructure and Works Management System which will help us:
1. To gather all the necessary information regarding the Infrastructure and Works of Cyprus Post and store it centrally.
2. To facilitate and accelerate the management and access to this information by Cyprus Post Officers.
3. To help the Cyprus Post Officers complete repetitive tasks in an automated, fast and efficient manner, reducing the margin for error.
4. To create the tools for conducting audits, in a fast and efficient manner, presenting effectively the points where problems are identified so that the TTY Officers have in front of them only the necessary information to act efficiently.
Upon completion of the project, the following objectives are expected to be achieved:
- Secure storage of information
- Easy access to information
- Reduction in time spent searching and using information
- Automation of processes and tasks
- Recording data for use in improving operations and activities
