UPDATED INFORMATION-Parcels from Germany

We would like to inform you that next Thursday or Friday, 6 containers with parcels from Germany are expected to arrive in Cyprus, in addition to those that arrived by air yesterday. The handling and delivery will be concluded the soonest possible.

We would like to inform you that there is increased flow of parcels from Germany to Cyprus. In this respect, Deutsche Post has informed us that they are sending parcels to Cyprus using various transportation means. Parcels are being  sent also in containers in trucks and then by ship.

A departure from Germany is expected on 12/12/2022 and 15/12/2022, for one container on each date. These containers will travel to Cyprus by truck and then by ship. Their arrival date is not yet known

Please note that for each item in the Track & Trace system you will see the event Insert item into bag. This denotes that a dispatch was prepared and closed and not necessarily that the item has already left Germany. 

After the arrival of the parcels in Cyprus, we will do everything possible to precess them in a timely manner and arrange for delivery, either home delivery or from the local Post Office after the issuance of a notification.
