MV AGUSTA SCRAMBLER  350cc 1972 - €0,34c

This unique Italian Motorcycle which anyone in the world can see on display only in the Cyprus Motorcycle Museum, was made in a limited edition at the factory on the shores of lake Varese in Italy in 1972. A treasure from the factory it is the only one in Cyprus and amazingly it has never been restored.

NORTON FEATHERBED WIDELINE RACER 500cc OHV 1956 - €0,41c

Built with a Norton Manx Frame, the Manx GP was one of the greatest motorcycles ever made for the racing world of its time and was a winner several times from 1947 to 1962. Its Wideline Featherbed Frame allowed it to lean and balance so well on the curves that it was unbeatable on the race track. The aerodynamics and every single structure of the motorcycle were developed in such a way as to achieve top speed and leaning angles on every curve. Records are still standing for the Norton Racing Motorcycles.

PANTHER M100 600cc 1947 - € 0,64c

The Panther M100 with Single 600cc engine that can go everywhere and even tow a heavy sidecar, can be called King of the road. It is the only one to be found in Cyprus and ιs considered special by viewers for its inclined engine design and the special style that the Phelon and Moore factory made back in 1947.

TRIUMPH SPEED TWIN 500cc 1947 - €0,85c

An outstanding motorcycle for its time it was manufactured after the end of the Second World War. Designed by the renowned Edward Turner with its early introduction of twin cylinders and overhead valve elevated it to a higher level. Its very special colour and chrome reflects light from every angle thus creating a diamond look for the viewer. It is a gem in the collection of the Cyprus Classic Motorcycle Museum.

25 years since the foundation of the Historical Motorcycles Museum

The Cyprus Museum of Classical Motorcycles is situated in the heart of the walled city of Nicosia and is celebrating its 25th anniversary.

From an early age Andrea Nicolaou began collecting and maintaining old motorcycles. It was his life’s dream and in 2000 he founded the museum.

The whole of 2025 will be dedicated to the Silver Anniversary of the museum with shows and activities being staged at its premises in Nicosia as well as over the whole of Cyprus.

The Cyprus Museum of Classical Motorcycles, the only one in the surrounding region, won international recognition by thousands of visitors for its unique exhibitions.

The museum’s fame spreads via the social media platforms across the length and breadth of the planet, and with it goes Cyprus and its history since the invention of the first motorcycle.

The museum enjoys a special place in the touristic tour of Nicosia and in 2023 and 2024 it was declared the best destination by Tripadvisor.

The museum’s collection consists of more than 450 motorcycles, 150 of which are exhibited with a particular historical narrative that is linked to their time in Cyprus and the evolution of motorcycles from the 20th century until the 1980’s and 1990’s.

The museum offers exceptional hospitality and guided tour and provides a unique experience for every visitor who seeks something special, different and enrapturing.
